MISSION: JNB Productions is dedicated to supplying music lovers with the highest quality events featuring live entertainment and deejays.
JnB Productions was formed in Whistler in the summer of 99; JnB first began organizing house parties at the infamous Emerald Drive house. These parties set precedence in the village that started a movement in underground music.
JnB organized their first ever outdoor event in Mad River Whistler on September 19, 1999. This event was a stepping-stone for Whistler, and was a huge success.
JnB then moved their efforts to the clubs promoting a night at the AlpenRock House in Whistler in the winter of 99/00. This biweekly event was what Whistler needed and was a huge success instantly, drawing 400+ on any given date. This effort was recognized by management and JnB were hired as the Entertainment Managers for the AlpenRock House and promoted large events into the summer.
In the summer of 2001 JnB started to promote Jungle n Breaks a weekly club night at Milk in Vancouver, and Tommy Africa’s in Whistler. Both nights were a huge success and JnB quickly created a buzz for their sound. Jungle N Breaks continued throughout 02/03 and moved venues in 03 to Garfinkels Nightclub in Whistler. The night has been going strong for 4 years straight with no sign of slowing down.
In the winter of 2004 the Jungle N Breaks name was retired and Foundation Tuesdays was born adding the house element of the electronic music scene to the night. Each month a new line up is put together that consists of artists who in there specific genres are leading underground music to the next level on a world scale. With every event Garfinkels is transformed with visual décor and extra sound to create the foundation on which Whistlers electronic scene is supported.
JnB Productions produce on an annual basis Beaver Fever held on Canada day long weekend, and produce one off events in Whistler on a regular basis.
